1 In the name of God Amen I Roberte Hall the elder of Cove in the pishe of yatleye

2 in the countye of Southt Potter, In my best healthe well knowing the mortality of all

3 fleshe and nowe by this my presente visitation being graciouslye put in minde by my

4 heavenly father, of the frayltye and incertentye of this lyfe, w(i)th full Resolution and

5 willingness of minde to leave this presente worlde, when yt shall please god to Call me ,doe

6 nowe in my p(er)fecte memorye publishe this to be my last will and Testament in Manner &

7 fforme following And ffirst and above all thinges I commende my soule unto my gracious

8 and loving god with full assurance Throughe the merits and passion of Christe my

9 Redeemer To have all my sinnes forgiven me And to be p(ar)taker of lyfe everlasting, And

10 my bodie I committ to ye earthe wherof yt was made, And as concerning the disposinge

11 of theise earthlye blessinges wherof yt hath pleased god of his goodnesse, To lende me a

31 or distresses then or there or taken lawfullye, To leade drive impounde or take
