3 France and Ireland defender of the faithe and I John Marner alias Roge(illegible) parish

4 of farnehame in the Coumptye of Surrie glover beinge syck in bodye bute hole (illegible) of mind

5 thanks be given unto god/. Do make this my presente testament Containing heare in my

6 Last Wyll in maner and forme followinge Firste and principally I bequeathe my solle

7 to all mighty god my maker and Redeemer and my body to be buryed in the churche

8 yard of Farneham aforesaid/ Item I give all my free hold lands to Joane my

9 wyffe Duringe her lyfes and after her decease my will is aforesaid lands shall

10 come and Remaiyne to John my sonne to whom I give the sam to have and to holde to hym

11 and to the heyres of hos body Lawfully begotten for ever and for defaulte of such issue to

12 Francis my sonne and to the heyres of his bodye lawfullye begotten for ever and for

13 defaulte of suche issue to the Right heyres of me the fysrt above said(?) John Marner

14 allyas Rogers for ever Item I gyve unto my iiij chylldren Joice francis Elizabeth &

15 Constance iij pounds apece of lawful english monye to be payd to them all at their

16 Lawfull ayge The Ressedew of all my goodes move able and un move able my debtes

17 payd my legasyes performyd and my funeralles dischargyd I wholy gyve and be

18 queth to the above namyd Jone my wife whom I make and ordayne (illegible) sole

19 executrix of this my testament and laste wyll and I make my overseers of

20 this my laste wyll John Marner otherwise Rogers my brother and John Nowell

21 of Wrecllesham in the paryshe of farneham husbandman Willinge thatt my
