1 In the name of God Amen, the seaventeeth Day of June, in the yeere of our Lord God, 1636 I Thomas

2 Reynolds of Cove within the parish of Yately in the County of South Potter being in whole mind and in good

3 and perfect remembrance, Laude and praise be unto Almighty God , doe make and ordaine this my present

4 testament concerning herein my last Will in manner and forme followeing that is to say First I commend

5 soule into the hands of Almighty God my faithfull Creator and the strenghth of my redemption in Jesus Christ

6 my body to be buryed in Christian manner in the Church yard of Farnborough at the discretion of my Executors

7 hereafter mentioned: my worldly estate which God hath indowed me with ### his more, I give and bequeath as followeth. I give

7 and bequeath my house and free land in Cove above said to John Rogers als Marner of Farnborough aforesaid potter, and

8 to Richard Taylor of Cove abovesaid potter and to Richard Streate of ye said Cove yeoman and to their assignes and to their

9 heires forever to which sayd p#ir I give full power and authority ########## to make sayle of my sayd house

10 and lands with the appurtenances to pay my Debts and Distribute the remayder of the money which shall be made

11 on the foresayd house and landes equally betwene my five children Thomas, Joane, Elizabeth, Harmon and Jane

12 Reynalds. Item my will is that the house and landes should bee sould with all speed## ## may be after my decease  Item I give

13 and bequeath to Jane Reynolds my daughter one Ch### and her mothers best a#### and one b##d. Item I give to Joane

14 Reynolds my daughters one wastecoate and petticoate. Item I give to Henry Rogers als Marner my son in law xxs. Item I give to Richard Daston my servant xxs. Item I give to my sister Joanes children xiiid a peece. Item I give to Marie Rogers

15 als Marner my Daughter in law my first wifes ring, two pillowcases and holland Sheets and one other sheete, and one apron. Item I give

16 to Elizabeth Reynolds my daughter my best mantell(?), and one payre of my best sheets, and one small chest. I give and

17 bequeath the residue of my personall estate ## bequestes paid my debts and funerall Expenses Discharged equally among

18 my five children above named, onely(?) I give to John Rogers alse Marner abovesd to Richard Taylor and Richard Streate

19 abovesd iis a peece whom I make Executors of this my last will and testament, I doe also appoynt John Eldridge the elder (?)

20 of Farnam in the County of Surrie Miller and Robte Hall of the sayd Towne my overseers of this my last will and

21 testament to see all things performed according to the true meaning hereafter (?) In Wittness whereof I have
