1 In the name of god Amen. The tenth day of May Anno

2 Dom 1637 I Robert Gonner of Frimley in the County of

3 Surrey potter beinge sick & deseased in body but sound in mind

4 & of perfect remembrance for which I give prayse unto almighty

5 god doe here make my last will and testament in manner and

6 forme as followeth Impri(mis) I give and bequeath my soule into the

7 hands of almighty god the maker & creator herof & hopinge &

8 trustinge to be saved by the merritts & mercyes of Christ Jesus

9 & my body to the earth to be buried in the church yard of

10 Frimley and my lands goods and Chattells I bequeath as

11 followeth Im(em) I give unto the poore of Frimley two shillinge to

12 be payed att my funerall It(em) I give unto my brother Richard Gonner

13 two shillinges six pence for a payre of gloves It(em) I give unto my sister

14 Alice Gonner my least brasse kettle It(em) I give unto my sister Susan

15 my lest brasse pot It(em) I give unto my brother John Gonner

16 my greatest brasse kettle All the rest of my goods & chattells

17 unbequeathed I give unto Thomas Watts my unckle & John Cox

18 my trusty and loveinge friends whom I make executors

17 in trust of this my last will and testament to sell all

18 my goods & Chattells to discharge my funeral expenses

19 & to pay my debts & the rest of the money that shall remaine

20 to divide & give the one halfe to my brother John Gonner & the

21 other halfe to be divided bettweene my sisters Alice & Susan

22 aforesayed accordinge to the discretion of my executors above

23 named as they shall see needs giveinge unto each of them five

24 shillings a peece In wittnesse wherof I have hereto sett my

25 hand & seale the day and yeare first above written
